A. It's the age-old question. How do they find you? They aren't going to spend much time browsing if they have to visit more than a few sites to get the lay of the land. Time is money and most sites weren't designed with a comparative search/selection process in mind. It takes an effort on all fronts to derive new business. One mailer, one ad, one banner. Alone they do nothing; together it's a campaign.
