Our company has a long history of recruiting and placing foreign nationals into teaching and other sectors in Japan. In this case, we are teaching English and seek to recruit from the US, Canada, the UK and other English-speaking countries.
We are looking for an agency partner who specializes in employment branding who can assist us on a global scale to strategize and help us increase the number of applicants we get from around the world. We are unsure at this time whether to use an agency as a consultancy or on a full-service basis. Talking point budget $250,001 – $500,000.
