We’ve helped Anne prepare a term sheet for this opportunity and will help her evaluate
any offers that come in, so if you would like a term sheet, let me know. Time is of the
essence, though. Anne’s situation is urgent and we need to get her back on the
road to Torino (she just finished in Calgary) to continue competition.
If you or if your agency would like to shine, contact me immediately. Imagine the
potential publicity for your agency as an Olympic sponsor. Al Ries would go crazy!

I had hoped we could announce these in this issue, but they haven't closed yet. And
we're rather famous for not breaking our cover, and clients love us for that. But

America, and a food-industry client as well. Then there's a smaller community
bank in the East and a home appliance client in the Midwest.

discuss it with the favored agency. Nothing yet suggest that 2006 won't continue at an
equally brisk pace!
We hope this client and agency information has been helpful. If you need assistance or wish to
discuss the steps for an agency review, feel free to call.
Sincerely,
