view. Do your homework, prepare a strong point-of-view, and present it
with conviction.

4.) "Big Idea" thinking. Ideas are currency. Think beyond
advertising. Offer limitless thinking.

5.) Responsibility & Accountability. Be a good steward. Account for
every dollar and outcome. Do what you say you will do.

6.) Sense of urgency. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. The
ball is never in the client's court.

7.) Play to win, but make it fun. Fun is the fuel of creativity.
It makes winning even more worthwhile.

8.) Measure success. If it is worth doing it can be measured and
managed. Begin with the end in mind, and stick to it until the goal is
achieved.

9.) Show you care. Clients don't care how much you know, until they
know how much you care.

10.) Make it rain (forever). Satisfied clients are our best
salespeople.
