challenges and their vision for the future. We feel we’re able to do
our best work once we’re informed enough to act as an integral part of
a client’s business. By investing our staff’s time at the beginning of
our client relationships, we’re able to reach this critical point of
understanding.
Our system includes the presentation of a written estimate for each
project we undertake. We believe there should never be any billing
surprises. When we receive a client’s signature, it’s our authorization
to take that project forward. Our dedication to functioning as a viable
partner, as well as our clear-cut billing policies, contributes to our
notable length and stability of our client relationships—some of our
clients have been our partners for more than 20 years.
