We don’t spend an inordinate amount of time talking about culture. It’s
a lot more fun to live it and affect it every day. Our reach involves
us in everything from landmark preservation campaigns to public policy
initiatives on both coasts. Our mission, attitude, and ideas have
weathered industry projections, successful and failed IPOs—and the
unbridled optimism of our ever-evolving corporate business climate. We
don’t rely on a large in-house staff. Every account team features
senior creative and strategic talent in print, music, film, broadcast
and video production. The senior advertising minds that define our
agency know how to make a direct connection to an audience with a clear
voice and a simple message. Clever and smart.
We developed our mission statement the day our doors opened, and very
little has changed since then.
• We take the time to be thoughtful, even when there is no time.
• We write the way people talk. We are in the advertising business, not
in English class.
• We don’t always give clients what they initially want, but what they
eventually need.
• We avoid crisis management at all costs. It is expensive and never
seems to solve the challenge at hand.
