The advertising industry doesn't sell products, have patents or make
machinery. We are in the services business. We have people and clients,
and our success is absolutely predicated on the success and happiness
of our clients. Every day is spent with that goal in mind.

To make it work, we must create an atmosphere that makes people want to
get up early and come to work. So, when you walk into our offices, you
see a very comfortable yet enthusiastic environment led by some of the
most experienced and capable people in the business. People who are
excited about the technology industry and passionate about working
together to help our clients succeed.

Our offices are new, tasteful and vibrant. The morale is high, and we
have very little turnover.

The management believes in the job well done philosophy. So, we keep
our people motivated with not only excellent compensation, but benefits
that are sometimes unique. For example, we reward one employee a month
with a gift certificate and the coveted "silver boot" award -
literally, a silver boot that each winner must adorn with one item
before passing on. We also have once a month wind-down parties on
Friday afternoons in addition to out of the office get togethers.

With all this, we should also mention that we are hard workers - we
take our business and our clients' businesses very seriously. Yet,we
don’t take ourselves very seriously. The business is tough and
competitive, but we have fun doing it!
