HOW ARE CREATIVE TEAMS ASSIGNED TO PROJECTS?
Our approach is simple and, frankly, sensible. We believe that while an
enormous amount of what makes a campaign effective comes from reasons
of the mind, some of it depends on reasons of the heart, intuition and
passion.
As a result, we tend to assign creative teams based on both relevant
prior experience, but also life experience that would bring a closer,
more personal connection to the product and customer.
While we have no set rule on the number of clients assigned to any one
team, generally two or three accounts are the maximum. Depending on
size and seasonality demands, some teams are exclusive to only one
account.
