Cultural Profile for Agency
03-1013506-361

In the traditional agency structure, various disciplines are defined by
departments – creative, media, account services, production, etc.
Our vision was to remake our company to eliminate many of these
barriers –
complicated processes, hierarchies, turf wars – and emerge with a
better mousetrap.

In the team model, all agency disciplines are represented and everyone
is focused on their clients. In this way the team acts as a mini agency
within the agency to service its accounts.
The entire team participates through all stages of the assignment’s
lifespan. Not only does it allow us more time to focus on the work and
less on the process, but also everyone on the team is completely in the
loop about the business.

Our open environment also encourages team members to be more a part of
each other’s lives in the office and out. Moving to the team structure
has been a principal part of our success. We work better with our
clients, we do better work, everyone is in the loop and managers – who
act as coaches – are able to direct the product at a strategic level as
well as build relationships with senior client executives and pursue
new business opportunities.

The team structure has been invaluable in helping to achieve many
of our objectives and it will continue to be a principal driver of our
growth. We are all part of one big team, one that cherishes
collaboration and challenges each of us to contribute.
