The Agency has carefully and wisely invested in the research and full
media experience to completely accommodate every communication need of
present and future clients. We call it the Third Dimension of Media. It
is both the place and the discipline between planning and buying. It is
also the outcome we give our buys. At the root of the Third Dimension
discipline is our “no paint by numbers” philosophy.

Our natural bias is towards results for clients. We achieve this by
ignoring all our other biases such as TV is the only way. Or radio is
only for reach. Or web programs can’t build brands.

To keep bias out, we zero-base all our planning. It means starting
fresh with a clean sheet of paper. No bias allowed.

Then we start the planning. And we begin with all the possible consumer
touch points or connection points. Because we work as teams, we don’t
have advocates for specific solutions or competing profit centers
arguing for their “fair share” whatever that is.

If it works, it’s included. If not, then it’s dropped. Our clients find
it a great way to work and they see many more ways to solve a
communication problem, not use the same-old-stuff.
