Our creative philosophy is quite simple: to make the Human Connection.
In everything we do, we seek to forge a powerful emotional bond between
the customer and the brand. Our work aims for the heart, as much as the
head. In fact, we base our creative thinking on three guiding
principles:
1) Know The Customer. The most effective communications start with
knowing your target inside and out--who they are, how they think, feel
and act.
2) Create an Emotional Bond. Look beyond the rational selling ideas.
Emotional bonds endure while rational ones are temporary. Emotional
bonds create lifetime customers.
3) Entertain while you Educate. Consumers are bombarded with hundreds
of messages daily. Effective communication programs that are equal
parts entertainment and information will cut through the clutter. They
will connect.
Our Brand Planning system is called Open Doors tm. Led by our Director
of Brand Planning, it is a group ideation model based on Edward
DeBono's
Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking. Open Doors uses a different
colored door to guide the group through the strategy process. By using
cutting-edge thinking and creativity techniques, it forces cutting edge
ideas out into the open.
