Client/Agency
Relationship for Agency 03-1014796-823
Our approach begins with the assignment of a dedicated account
management team to your business, whose job it is to manage the
marketing communications development process within the agency, as well
as with a third party technology provider. Additionally, the team
serves as the primary interface with the client, providing continuity
across all projects, and is the client’s advocate within the agency
with any required third party partners, ensuring that all decisions and
recommendations help build upon our efforts to help you meet your
business objectives.
In addition to managing the development for all projects and providing
strategic direction for the business, the account team is also
responsible for providing contact reports for all meetings and
significant telephone conversations, and weekly written status reports
issued every Monday morning recapping recent and upcoming activity on
all active jobs.
Lastly, because of their unique vantage point over all aspects of a
client’s needs within the agency and any other specific jobs given to
us by a client, the account team acts as a discussion facilitator
during quarterly client meetings scheduled to review the state of the
business.
Through the dedicated team, we aim to minimize the amount of time
spent “getting up to speed” on a project and maximize the consumer and
industry insights and vendor relationships that are brought to bear in
the development of marketing plans, buys and creative. And while the
client may spend the majority of their time dealing with these
dedicated team members when interfacing with the agency, we pride
ourselves on the fact that all of our clients also have well-developed
relationships with and direct access to our senior-most staff who are
always involved, albeit occasionally behind the scenes, on a client’s
business.
Our goal is to deliver all projects error-free, on-time and within
budget. Deviation from that plan is not acceptable to us and we
understand that it is certainly not acceptable to our clients. To meet
this performance expectation, we have numerous systems and processes in
place that aim to minimize the likelihood of mistakes occurring by
monitoring work at each stage of the development process. And our tough
scrutiny of our work doesn’t stop with the project team’s review. It is
not uncommon to find the CFO lending his opinion on the health
of a client’s industry and how that might impact our client’s business,
or the Traffic Manager giving the Art Director constructive criticism
on a photographer selection, or a Media Buyer going to a Management
Supervisor for assistance in negotiating a particularly complicated
buy. Because we approach each of our individual roles in the marketing
development process with humility and a deep respect for the
contribution that each person makes to the end product, we are
confident enough to invite the critiques of people, who like the
audiences we are targeting with our work, are outside the inner circle
of a project. It is this orientation that we believe sets us apart and
ensures that our programs resonate with people other than its creators.
