EyeWorld was a prominent East Coast retailer of designer eyewear and
on-premise optometrists and in-store laboratories. Sales were flat
despite engaging comprehensive services from another agency. We
contacted them after seeing poorly executed television ads. They agreed
to meet with us.
Our firm was hired to help re-position and define their brand. We were
then hired to handle all creative executions including television,
radio, print advertising, collateral materials, and direct mail.
The client experienced 22% growth during the first year of the new
campaigns. The resulting increase in brand equity was so strong that
Lenscrafters (a division of Luxottica) purchased EyeWorld after
experiencing intense competition and erosion of market share.
