Creative Development Process for Agency 03-1014832-019
The creative process is just that, a process. It doesn't happen in a
vacuum, and it doesn't turn on and off with the flip of a switch. We
believe strongly in checking egos at the door, and working as a team to
get the best possible product.
First and foremost, we want our clients to be comfortable. So if that
means working in stages, we're happy to oblige. We encourage the
sharing of ideas and brainstorming. And in voicing opinions without
reservation. The client's role is to set clear and succinct objectives,
provide us access to data, and provide input as the process evolves.
Our approach to the process is unique and is inspired by research,
consumer insight, and overcoming decision hurdles consumers must make.
We call this the Conversion Map, and it is built upon client input,
agency input, and having the real time monitoring in place to track
ROI.
The Conversion Map serves as our guide in developing strategy, tactics,
messages, and channel/media strategies. In the end, we are trying to
influence consumer behavior - be it in the home, at the store, or
wherever the product is in touch with its user.
