We work in any of a number of ways with our clients.
Often, we operate on a monthly retainer wherein our company is engaged
to perform services in an ongoing capacity over time for our clients.
Sometimes however, we're engaged on a project basis, where we're hired
to handle a specific event or function. In these cases, we "ramp up,"
coordinate logistics and details, run, stage, operate and often promote
the event and then we clean up after ourselves with wrapup reports and
post-event PR activities.
Sometimes, we also operate hourly, but that's much more the exception
than the rule.
From a relationship standpoint, one of the agency's partners or Sr. VPs
serves as an account supervisor for each client with an agency Sr.
Account Executive assigned as the day-to-day contact. The Sr. AE is
then assisted by another team member, often another Sr. AE plus support
staff. This way, an experienced and knowledgeable member of our team is
always available to the client on a 24-hour basis.
We believe in ongoing -- often daily -- contact with our clients. This
way, there is never a question about what's happening on our account or
project.
It's a system that works ... and has worked for more than 30 years.
