We work to the client's strengths and available budget.
Quite often, we're publicizing or promoting either events or
smaller-scale retail accounts and as such, we target only those mediums
we can afford to use effectively, given the budget constraints under
which we typically operate.
For example, we will never recommend television to a single-location
retail store with a 30,000 annual marketing budget. That just-plain
doesn't work. If their customer-base hails from the surrounding
community, we may recommend direct marketing or print advertising in
community newspapers.
Essentially, we take a good, hard look at what our client hopes to
accomplish and we then design a strategy that maximizes their available
budget. Through trades and promotions, we also work to maximize that
budget, gaining that all-too prevalent "biggest bang for the buck" that
everybody wants to capture.
