Open and honest communication is a given. Always flexible in our
approach, we structure our communication process around the individual
needs of each client. We provide agency-client meeting summaries,
project status reports (weekly or monthly) and status billing
information.

By partnering with our clieints, we can better learn their businesses
and in turn, create more effective communications to reach and motivate
their customers. To accomplish this, we study our clients’ business in
a “street smart” fashion which may include making sales calls,
competitive shopping, surveying, working trade shows or analyzing sales
and research data. As part of understanding our client’s business, we
also make proactive business-building recommendations on such areas as
packaging, research, pricing, marketing strategies and new product
launches.
