In 1971, six recent college graduates started our agency based on the
premise that big ideas generate big results. From the beginning, the
founders (four of whom still run the company) sensed that what a
company stands for is as important as what it sells. They knew that
what we stood for as individuals and as a company was every bit as
important as the ads we created.
We are now 800 strong and growing. With clients including Southwest
Airlines, MasterCard, Chili’s Grill & Bar, AT&T, US Air Force and BMW,
we’re billing over a billion dollars a year. We are the largest agency
in the Southwest and ranked among the top 20 in the nation.

Idea City
With the growth of the agency came the expansion of our building, also
known as Idea City – a unique environment designed specifically to
foster and enhance creativity and productivity.
We added 56,000 sq. ft. to the existing 80,000 sq. ft. known as The
Studio, the additional space features murals, a surround sound theater
and an old-fashioned diner. Idea City represents the agency’s creative
culture and core values. In 2006 Idea City expanded across the street
to Idea Campus, a space dedicated to the process of collaboration and
ideation- both inside and with outside best in class partners.
