CONSUMER PULSE
One of the unique aspects of the agency is our focus on consumers in
the Consumer Pulse rooms.
We've divided the population into the five key life-stage segments and
created a real-life database for each one:
Kids - The Playroom
Teens - The Basement
Young Adults - The Apartment
Families - The Family Room
Mature Adults - The Sun Room
These rooms are where we connect with the target. Where we conduct
focus groups. Where we brainstorm. Where we collect everything we've
learned about the consumer.
More important, they symbolize the insight driven culture that drives
the agency.
