Our goal is to be partners in business with clients. Therefore, we work
with them the same way we work with each other: collaboratively,
proactively and with the intent of adding value toward achievement of
a shared vision.

The client representative is a member of our brand team. We work
together, at times agreeing, other times holding different
perspectives, but in every case driven by the same goals. We expect
clients to know their business so that the intersection of their depth
of knowledge and our breadth of experiences stimulates many ideas and
possibilities. Each step of the way — business strategy conclusions,
communications research conclusions, creative strategy and campaigns —
we expect them to own the work just as we expect all of our people on
the brand team to own the work. The way we see it, ownership is
fundamental to entrepreneurship.
