Our Key Corporate Account (KCA) Strategy is born out of a desire to
focus with intensity on our core clients and their businesses. Each of
the KCAs is a client managed by a Senior Partner with
multi-disciplinary experience, who has the access and authority to
reach across all disciplines and geographies on behalf of their
clients. As the designated team leader, the Senior Partner regularly
reports to a Managing Partner and the KCA/Line of Business Review
Committee to ensure a sharing of knowledge. Our corporate executives on
the KCA/Line of Business Review Committee are responsible for several
KCA businesses
that ultimately report to each of them.
