We encourage our people to achieve a balance between their personal and
professional commitments.

Many of our people participate in a variety of agency-sponsored charity
and community relations activities. In recognition of their volunteer
involvement, the special "Giving Back" award is presented annually to
the staff member who distinguishes himself or herself as someone who
“gives back” to the community. It’s our way of practicing what we
preach to our clients.
