We’re great listeners. We’re aware that no matter how much we already
know or will come to learn about your business, there will always be
some things we won’t know as well as you.
We believe a relationship with open, honest dialogue is important. It
begins with an up-front assessment of client expectations for the
agency and the advertising. To assure that ongoing communication
occurs, we make ourselves available day and night to our clients. We
also recommend weekly status meetings to review current projects,
gather information for new assignments or review results from work
previously done.
We believe immediate feedback from our clients is essential in order to
address any specific needs or concerns. Unlike many agencies, we
welcome direct dialogue between our clients and all members of the
agency team. We believe that issues are best discussed and resolved
when the appropriate discipline is directly involved. This lessens the
chance of miscommunication on all sides.
Finally, we’re proud to say that many of our clients refer to us as
their partners instead of just their agency. No creative award could
ever top that.
