Creative Development Process for Agency 03-1015008-145
The Strategic Planning team will be responsible for developing the
creative strategy based on our in-depth understanding of the client,
the consumer(s), trade and competitive set. They will work closely with
our client, the Account Management team and the creative department to
insure that the overriding creative strategy is sound and the entire
body of work becomes an effective campaign. Additionally the Strategic
Planning team will be responsible for the following:
· All proprietary research initiatives
· Maintaining a library of syndicated and secondary research
· Recommendation of research methodologies
From this process the creative is developed.
