We are the sixth-largest independent agency in the country and the
36th-largest overall. While we are large, we don’t have an extensive
and cumbersome ownership structure. It’s been this way for 43 years. In
a day when the name of the agency game seems to be acquisition, we
remain independent. We choose to keep things simple. We stay focused on
the important thing — just pure results-oriented, integrated marketing.
We like our independence. We have always felt our structure has allowed
us to be smart, nimble and more responsive to clients. For us, it's
about relationships and not losing sight of the relationship
with the brand, the client, and the consumer.
