Client/Agency Relationship for Agency
03-1015022-912

The ideal client/agency relationship is one in which a "good client"
meets a "good agency."

Good agencies have an understanding of their clients’ business and are
motivated only by the desire for that business to succeed. They listen
carefully to their clients. They challenge clients to look at problems
from the customer’s perspective. They are honest and up front with
clients about project costs and are able to explain their charges to
their clients. They take criticism well, and are able to respond
without becoming defensive. Good agencies tell their clients when they
see situations that are hindering their ability to provide the best
possible work to the client.

Good clients share information about their company with their agency.
They constantly challenge the agency to produce better work than the
competition and better work than they produced last time. They listen
and consider the agency’s recommendations carefully. They work to
create an environment free of fear, knowing that such an environment
will encourage the greatest creativity from all account team members.
Good clients tell their agency’s management when they see problems with
the agency or the agency’s team and provide an atmosphere where the
agency can learn from its shortcomings or failures.

We'd be happy to provide your firm with client references if you'd like
to learn more about the quality of our client relationships.
