Media Operations/Capabilities for Agency

We have a fully staffed media department comprised of planners and
buyers, both broadcast and print. Their goal is to put the message in
front of the consumer at the right time and the right place in order to
evoke the greatest response. They do so by practicing a "Point of
Contact" planning process led by a Contact Strategist who reports to
our Strategic Planner.

The Contract Strategies and Plans we develop are based on consumer
insights and include the media they enjoy, the role that media plays in
their lives and what interests them as individuals. The scope includes
traditional media, collateral, PR, non-traditional media, events, etc.

On approval, we pay a great deal of attention to its execution. We
believe that it is important that all involved (media, outside
resources such as PR, event planners, etc.) understand the scope of the
effort and the respective roles each will have. Long gone are the days
of simply buying spots or pages. We try to develop "partnerships" with
the media and a "program" with each partner. These "partnerships" may
be unique traffic builders at trade shows or retail outlets, book tour
sponsorships, or investor kits. At all times we strive for maximum
efficiencies in executing our plans.
