Creative Development Process for Agency 03-1015032-418
Our agency has developed a strategic process that helps lead us to
integrated, creative solutions for client brands. If the need is to
create and launch, reposition, or enhance a brand, our Strategic Brand
Development Process provides the necessary focus and direction.
Stage I Strategic Brand Analysis. This stage typically includes an
analysis of company, competition, and customer. It frequently includes
primary and secondary research, a competitive audit, a review of
customer/consumer data, prior internal and external brand
communications materials, and client management input session(s).
Stage II Brand Definition and Strategic Positioning. Based upon
conclusions from the Brand Analysis, the brand strategy is developed.
The purpose of this stage is to provide a clear and articulate
statement of Direction/Brand Essence/Positioning for all
interdisciplinary creative solutions that follow.
Stage III Brand Creative Concepting and Brand Graphics. Based upon the
brand direction/positioning, creative brand solutions are developed at
the concept level. Here, the brand’s definition and positioning are
brought to life creatively as multiple creative concepts and approaches
are explored. Central theme, brand graphics and visual system, brand
personality, and brand messages are created.
Stage IV Integrated Brand Communications. In the final stage, a totally
integrated brand communications program is created at the concept level
that demonstrates how the brand identity and strategic positioning
should be integrated across channels such as advertising, employee
communications, and other corporate communications.
