Like all agencies, we work best when we work as marketing partners, not
as vendors. In fact, we're not very good vendors at all. If you think
you know exactly what you want to say and how you want to say it, don't
come to us. We won't be a good fit. We're the kind of folks who like
to get to the bottom of an issue. This means we have long discussions--
some may call them arguments-- with our clients to be sure we have come
up with the optimal strategy and execution. We fight. We argue. We
cajole. Sometimes our point-of-view wins out; sometimes the client's
point-of-view does. We know we've discussed the direction honestly and
thoroughly and have jointly reached the best decision.
We're proud of the 20+ year relationships we have with some of our
clients. We're proud we're the only agency other of our clients have
ever had. We're proud some clients have gone on to other client
organizations, worked with new agencies and brought us in without a
review because they missed our partnership. Being an integral part of
the marketing team-- being able to talk openly and honestly-- being
able to mutually strive for the best solution-- is our ideal agency
client relationship.
