Coordinate talent/casting: photographer, director, illustrator, models,
prop stylists etc...
Negotiate, book, schedule shoot
Coordinate location/studio and/or set design and travel arrangements
Submit final budgets for approval
Pre-production meeting with key participants

PRODUCTION
Edit photography
Approve final copy

accompanied
with posting instructions
Release final art to publications with approval print

COLLATERAL CATALOGS TRAFFICKING
Coordinate mailing lists
Pack and ship job according to instruction i.e, retail doors, warehouse
Printed job move to mailing facility
Mail according to schedule
