We believe that open and honest communication is the primary attribute
of a healthy client-agency relationship, and we strive to establish
this kind of working environment with all our clients.
This means, where practical, being onsite with our clients on a regular
basis, getting to know key staff outside of the PR and marketing team,
and providing counsel and feedback to the CEO and other senior leaders
to increase their understanding of the PR profession.
It means being clear from the outset of a new client-agency
relationship on what will be measured, and how success is determined.
It means ensuring expectations are aligned with allocated budget to
avoid ongoing frustrations.
It means not being afraid to regularly ask the two 1 million dollar
questions: How am I doing? And what could I be doing better?
