“Brand Response” – Creative process description

Our process for creative development is integrated into our "Brand
Response" methodology.

Step One: The creative process involves evaluating the results of our
Brand Response Company assessment. The assessment includes written
definitions of the following:

1. Stated company objectives
2. Business channel strategy
3. Competitive analysis
4. Target market definition

Step Two: The agency/client team then explores what the company
personality is in order to establish creative fine points related to
look and feel and market presentation.

Step Three: We then go outside the business to assess the target
consumer’s emotional triggers in a process we call a Customer-centric
Evaluation.

Step Four: We then go within a creative envelope to pull all this
together into a cohesive campaign.

Step Five: We then produce the campaign.

Step Six: Once the campaign is launched the creative team works with
account services, media, and the client team to evaluate
results and make adjustments to the strategy as needed, in order to
achieve the highest ROI for the most cost efficient investment.
