Well, based on our philosophy, we like to be honest. An executive coach
once said that client relationships shouldn't be friendships..and vice
versa. For us, there is no fluff, no smoke and mirrors and there are no
distractions that get in the way of our relationships with our clients.
Honesty is certainly the best policy here. We also like to throw in the
fact that we're providing the client with a service that they're paying
for. Since that's the crux of our job, we make sure that everything we
do is above and beyond the client's satisfaction or expectations. After
all, how are we supposed to get more business?
