We walked away from big agency life, eliminated the hoops, bureaucracy
and excuses we wrestled with there, and opened our agency because we
want to focus on great work, period. To us, great work solves thorny
marketing problems, tough stuff that other agencies can't fix. Great
work makes people relate to a brand, it makes them want to buy, eat,
wear or drive it. And yeah, great work also moves merchandise and makes
clients look good, which is nice for everybody.
To to us, the ideal client relationship is one where we interact with
our clients directly, they're honest and fair with us, and trust us to
do great work.
Ideal clients are looking for something diifferent and better. They
understand that change takes work, is uncomfortable for a while, but
are willing to trust us as a partner along with their own instincts. An
ideal agency, (us!) listens well, thinks hard and comes up with smart
ideas that lead to great work. Put together? Unstoppable. So we're
honest upfront about how we work, and what we offer. We ask a lot of
questions and don't avoid the answers. Brand truths within great work
that resonates, is the result.
