VAD of IT security and infrastructure seeks PR agency

Ideally they are seeking a mid sized technology PR agency that is large enough to cope with the wide variety of products (over 40 vendors) and technologies that they distribute but is understanding of their restricted budgetary needs. They are looking for a retainer arrangement but with lots of flexibility to cope with our varying requirements over the period. Budget £100,000 per year.
