We are a real estate brokerage on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our primary business has been in large acreage, ranches and oceanfront properties on our island. We now have several high end, ocean front subdivisions coming on line. Primary one will feature six 5 to 9 acre oceanfront parcels and one 25 acre parcel that shares a private beach. The smaller lots will sell for $4 to $6 million each and the larger lot for approx $15 million. We also have a number of large acreage ranches, some featuring as much as 4 miles of ocean frontage.

We are looking for a firm that can work with us to set up a media campaign for both the US mainland, Canada and the Asia Pacific markets (China, Japan etc). This would include print and web based marketing for both the project and our firm. Our existing website needs help as well. We need to walk before we run but can anticipate a budget up to $500,000.
